So if someone were to say, idk, “illegally” be here but still contributing to society by working, trying to raise a family, not committing any violent crimes, why would we deport them with a whole ass process instead of just documenting them and leaving them be? Isn’t it the American Dream that they wish for?

Most people who ICE arrested are just that, normal people. This is why we’re against ICE

Here’s NPR from June, if you can’t trust them idk what to tell ya tbh but I think it’s plain as day, and honestly well within the MO of the Trump administration, to not care if somebody is a criminal or not at this point
