Various stuff within the category of “education, training, employment, and social services.” School improvement, higher education accessibility, job corps, retraining, public broadcasting, disability services, foster care, poverty assistance. There’s a lot of stuff that fits under this spending category, so more funding to that bloc could lead to improvements in many areas
