No, to develop better elites bounded by higher truths and morality that can create parallel and reformed systems. Not all of us are exactly in the intellectual elite echelons, that’s okay everyone is different, but we should make sure the ones that are—aren’t psychotic like the current ones

Start with your family and friends, your local community. Invest more resources in the children overall, but especially moreso in those qualitatively proven to have elite potential, deep understanding, and moral fortitude. Some might fall through the cracks past surrounding people’s insights into their potential, but if they do actually have a lot of potential, they’ll figure things out and succeed anyway

Power is in systems, information, leverage, & people; we are a power unto ourselves when there are enough of us working together, with the elites we develop from among ourselves functioning as the leading brains for us as the body in how to coordinate and use our latent power to higher goods
