Well there’s some truth to that but it’s not as if Iran is necessarily showing any kind of reverence for civilians in Israel. The implication that they’re a more moral actor than the US or Israel is pretty questionable in my opinion.

I don’t think the Iranian government is moral group of truth & justice they freaking suck but to act like foreign policy wise they’re as bad or worst then the apartheid country doing a live streamed genocide or America who has invaded & destabilized multiple countries around the world for oil& other resources & replaced progressive democratically elected leaders with oppressive far right dictators is crazy in my opinion.

Who’s to say Iran wouldn’t do more fucked up things if they were as powerful and influential as the United States and Israel? I’m not going to sit here and pretend like the US and Israel are generally on some moral high ground but the Iranian regime is oppressive, supported Assad in carrying out chemical weapons attacks in Syria, and repeatedly question the existence of the Holocaust. I think their intentions are just as nasty as Israel or the US, they just don’t have the means to carry them out

I think it’s wrong to assume they would be just as bad as us or Israel if they had the same level of motion & then use that to say they are just as bad. I mean by that logic we could say that a lot of countries are morally worst or just as bad despite not doing half the bs. Hell Iran is a product of our BS along the British in the region. Again I agree their government is wrongly oppressive but when it comes to foreign policy I really don’t see how you say they are equal to the country
