There is a balance between the ease of new construction, and the regulations required to make it safe. I think we are too heavy in the regulation side for some things. Or at least need to streamline things

Nah fuck that idea. I like having a pool, gym, public grills and a clubhouse. I would willingly pay for that rather then take whatever shitty free soviet bloc style apartment I would get for free

China is pretty fucked up but they got housing figured out. If your house burns down, they put you in a new one. If there’s a flood, fuck who cares whole town moved to a different place while it rebuilds. Now that’s shit I can get behind
