Politically motivated violence is usually directed against soft targets with the intention to affect (terrorize) a target audience.

They aren’t traitors. Most presidents before FDR wouldn’t blink an eye at their policy ideas. The shit Washington did in office would get him lethal injection on the floor of the senate today. America was fucked from the beginning.

You’ve defined terrorism. What is a terrorist organization? If a Christian commits an act of politically motivated violence, is all of Christianity a terrorist organization?

They’re traitors to what America has become since then at the very least, conceding to returning to those times is conceding towards regression, it’s foolhardy and idiotic and maga tyrants need to understand that

If the pop committed terrorism and intends to do more, and all Catholics agreed with him, ya that’d be a terrorist organization. Replace pope and Catholics with Trump and maga, it isn’t that fucking hard

You’re missing the evidence that: 1.) Trump himself committed terrorism 2.) Trump has made plans to commit more acts of terror 3.) His supporters are aware of, and support points 1 & 2 The other issue with your analogy is that unlike Christianity generally, Catholicism is an actual organization with real membership. When you say MAGA, what are you even referring to? Who actually belongs? Is it even a coherent organization?

You’re attempting to argue semantics lmao maga is anyone that self identifies as such, you can usually tell by the ludicrous amount of Trump memorabilia on their cars or clothes. Anyone that’s not only complicit but encouraging and accepting of the regressive policies is maga and a traitor to American health education and unity

This entire thread is semantics. We’re arguing over a definition. Discussing the meaning of words is important actually.

Ya but there’s a difference between constructive semantics and “define who actually *belongs* in maga” because that shit is so obvious and half the time they’re excited to yell about their political extremism. Because if you’re maga you’re an ultra nationalist fascist, it’s just what maga is now at this point

Is it obvious? I’m not sure if there would be consensus on whether an unenthusiastic Trump voter belongs to MAGA.

And what’s your point with focusing on this? Do you want me to magically whip up a “nazi scanner” so that during WWII we could just scan every German to see if they’re a Nazi? It doesn’t change the fact that maga is literally. Acting like terrorists and need to be treated as such, at least the ones we can confirm are maga. After all it isn’t like maga cares about making sure they’re getting the actual criminals and shit so what’s your point?

Nobody can tell what anybody else thinks or believes, it’s all based on their actions and words. If they acted and spoke in defense of maga still with what they’ve done in the present, then they are as guilty as Nazi supporters during the third reich. Complacency to tyranny in a democracy is acceptance of it, and acceptance of it is progression towards it

1.) Is MAGA an extremist group? Verdict: Yes 2.) Does MAGA claim to have noble values and causes that champion all others? Verdict: Yes 3.) Does MAGA cite righteous goals to target others through violence and threats? Verdict: Yes (several groups including immigrants, LGBTQ+, women, those with autism) etc. 4.) Do MAGA people claim to be freedom fighters and champions of the law? Verdict: Yes 5.) Do they consider themselves to be oppressed? Verdict: Yes

No magas own actions kinda spell it out in 4K… you have to be willfully ignorant to not understand that ultra nationalists fascism is what Germany went through during the 1930s-40s
