Damn the Cuban government should’ve not refused the $100 million in humanitarian aid that was going to be sent by the US to the church to distribute in Cuba… why do governments make their own people struggle?

Yeah like for example the United States usually makes efforts to prevent this for ourselves, not sure why Cubas government won’t figure it out

?? What are you talking about. What are they supposed to do just discover oil on their Island?

Bro all of this is literally the US’s fault

So we’re actively starving the people of Cuba, and then dangling humanitarian aid to pressure their govt into doing what we want. That is evil as FUCK

upvote 31 downvote

they just accepted it. when marco rubio said they refused the offer, they responded saying that they had no knowledge of the offer and that it was a lie. Now they are saying that if it is the offer is true, they will accept it

Yes we do too, Cuba should just sanction Mexico or attack the United States to get it back

We’re the largest producers of oil 😭

upvote 17 downvote

and why the FUCK would they attack the US or sanction Mexico? oh yeah just pick a fight with countries while your country doesn’t have electricity, that’s very smart. Happens to be the most militarily capable country in history.

Anonymous replying to -> #4 9h

That makes 0 senses. They have no power or leverage to impose sanctions on anyone. They don’t have the military to go to war with anyone, they’re currently facing constant blackouts. Also they can’t help from other countries because the U.S. has threatened tariffs & sanctions on any country that sends them oil

Failed leadership creates these problems. Barbados is doing just fine despite being so small with less resources

How tf do you have the nerve to blame their leadership when we are the ones doing this to their people

Go ahead and explain the “Cuba situation”, besides them not having an economic system that is convenient for ppl like Trump

You live 90 miles away from the most geographically secure and most powerful country on Earth, you decide to communicate and trade with all their enemies. In the 60’s you take it as far as scaring them with a nuclear bomb next door. You continue to be friends with the countries the US has issues with. Great plan, Cuba

The Cuba situation is they decided they will not cooperate with the capitalist class who wants to rape their island, so the US has decided to starve them.

Be honest…you think Cuba is a national security threat to the US in 2026? And then you think that if they are, we need to starve the Cuban people?

upvote 14 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #2 9h

Nope I don’t think Cuba is a national security threat. Dumbass government can even keep the lights on. I wish all Cuban citizens safe travels to Miami. If countries stopped trading with the US, I would expect us to fix the problem internally, I see you believe Cuba has to be reliant on other countries being able to give them food. They have very smart people their capable of growing food. The government only harms them.

They can’t keep the lights on…because we have blocked all energy imports to their country. Like do you have dementia or something this is literally in the screenshot on the post?

upvote 18 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> #4 9h

Well the reason they didn’t trade with us & instead traded with our “enemies” was because we kept trying to take over their country forcing them into the arms of our “enemies” for support. The reason they had nukes pointed at us is because we first pointed nukes at the USR by way of Turkey 🇹🇷 & the USSR was their biggest ally & life line

Why does Barbados not have the lights off due to a US blockade?

What you said was an extreme oversimplification. We were the ones that first placed nukes. We were the ones that tried to make Cuba into a colony or vassal state. You’re pretty much saying Cuba should have just let us take over & do whatever we wanted to them & because they didn't they deserve to be punished now
