It’s not that people deserve to fall of and die. It’s that elections have consequences, and this last election left democrats powerless. That’s not to say they aren’t trying. There have been filibusters, quorum breaks, and efforts made to stop Trump’s agenda. But all these efforts have been futile because they hold no power in the United States government right now. If Trump and Republicans decided to recreate segregation, there is nothing Democrats could do to stop them.
