Well first of all how tf did he get to the elevators? In most office buildings you need a card to get through some gates. I’d assume Blackstone and the NFL require that and probably a card in order to operate the elevator

It happens regularly in countries that are war zones, this is not a normal peacetime occurrence anywhere but here

You need to adjust for the size of the population

None of those countries near America is deem developed the only one close kinda has become third world outsides of its two major city centers through bad governance.

It is, in fact, orders of magnitude worse than any comparable country and any argument stating otherwise is either deeply ignorant or in bad faith.

An order of magnitude means up to 10 times more. You don’t have any data to suggests it’s 10 times less prevalent in Europe.

So per million France which has the highest rate at 6 in 22 years with a population of 66.7 million 66.7/6 = 11.1166 the us with a population 342 million 109 in the same time span 342/109 =3.138 for context lower number = bad

342 million for America

Or Germany with 83.6 million ppl 83.6/5=16.72

Or Uk 68.3 million 68.3/2=34.15

The reason I’m not using examples like that is for the fact they have such a small population in each it’s like saying Liechtenstein would be the highest mass shootings were committed there if one happened as they’d clock in with a 0.0405

Examples like that being small populations

Well tbh Scandinavia is about as bad at 22 million with 4 incidents for 4.75. It’s a small sample size though

That’s the issue is the fact you get one case in one of those nations like the Liechtenstein example where if it happens once in a nation like that they’d sky rocket

🌲
Anonymous replying to -> OP 6w

Well I used Scandinavia collectively for that reason. I also used the belief but it’s higher than the us

You are also adding Finland and Norway which are two European countries with some of the least strict gun laws in Europe with Norway I think having the second highest gun per person capita outside the USA

I’m aware and I made the correction but yeah even then they are two of the highest gun owning states in Europe overall

🌲
Anonymous replying to -> OP 6w

It looks like they do have more guns than the European average. The overall homocide rates are not higher than the rest of Europe though, I don’t know what to make of that fact

Anonymous replying to -> canesfan 6w

I’m not for banning all guns personally just having it regulated in a way where you don’t have mass shootings often Norway is a good example of this actually having a decently high gun rate ownership and not having issues like the USA does
