I don’t believe children should starve that is a strawman. Also we both agree we should feed kids we just disagree on the method. I think that a method that respects consent and personal autonomy is more moral than one that doesn’t. That’s it. Also in Robbin Hood king John was taxing people so much they starved.

It’s not free because you are using someone else’s labor and body in the production inputs. Also if people want to freely give to fund free lunch’s that’s great! But I’m not going to steal peoples labor and income through taxes. Take the moral high ground.

Children starving is not a strawman, some children in schools are starving, that’s just a fact. And now we aren’t taxing the 1% enough and children starve bc of it.
