Jesus was from the area that is now known as Palestine. He is Palestinian. Would it make you feel better if I just said he was an Arab from the levant region of the Middle East?

He wasn’t an Arab though, he was Jewish. The ancestors of modern Palestinians were living in the Arab peninsula at the time.

It might surprise you, but you can be both Arab and Jewish. There are Arab Jews, people whose heritage is from that region. And yes, Jesus himself was from that region and was Arab.
