Do you expect a 6 year old to have to get a license?

When you buy a bike you pay the tax. What taxes do you want cause I don’t see a tax for every time you start your car

We do.
It’s called registration and gas tax. We PAY to register our car every year. And we pay for gas too.
For our right to drive around.

Ok, how about people pay for the gas for their bike?

Bikes don’t need gas so why would I have to pay a gas tax to use a bike? And how was I supposed to get a license to ride at 5? You’re acting like a dumbass

I pay taxes for the road though. Everyone does. This is like saying “IF YOU DONT USE TRANSPORTATION YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT😡”

It doesn’t have to be a fingerprint license, you can register and pay for THE BIKE like you do for a car. You register a car for the state and you should pay money for the PRIVILEGE to bike on our roads. (Or your parents)

Re-register the bike every year just like a car. Let the state know you have a bike and if you’re biking an illegally acquired bik they can track you down.

Cars a whole lot more powerful than a car, and a lot more dangerous. It’s important that people be certified to drive them. Bikes are different. There’s a reason you can ride a bike at 4, and not drive until 16.

That second “car” was supposed to read “bike”, but the message is clear.

And yes, they can track illegally acquired bikes. When my bike was stolen, I reported it to the police, and they said that if anybody tries to bring it to a pawn shop, it’ll be flagged and returned.

Because I saved the serial number.

Right I’ll bike myself there after first grade and use my lemonade quarters to pay
