I think it’s cause people who overly align with a political party are rather: simply going with the grain bc they don’t have an understanding of politics or are financially benefiting from it, and the DNC has been getting away with a lot of shady behavior in the background (money) by throwing the faces of the party under the bus when time comes and I feel like they were hoping Trump would win so the public’s anger is focused on more pressing things
