Context makes it much Better bc you would find out that he was actually blaming the companies for disregarding a person’s qualifications and hiring based on diversity alone. He used black as an example, doesn’t mean he doesn’t think they’re F’ing capable 🤦🏽‍♀️ There is a video of a Disney employee admitting that they automatically refused and declined all white applicants, white people wouldn’t even be considered. Does that help it make sense at all?

He was explaining the fact that with companies that had strict DEI policies, a qualified person applying for a job that happens to be white would be turned down just for being white, and the position would first be filled by someone based on the color of their skin or disability for example. Regardless of their relative experience for the job. So EXAMPLE don’t freak out. A black person who has never flown a plane before, would get hired as a pilot over a white person who has flown 2762 planes.
