If we’re talking combatants only it’s around 10:1. It’s normal for guerrilla forces to take way more casualties but the difference between those ratios is telling

Also I don’t think we should be using the “confirmed” numbers because Israel has destroyed the health ministry’s ability to keep counting deaths. I’ve seen an estimate from Harvard stating that Gaza’s population has declined by about 400,000 since October 7

I agree, but my audience with this post is people who support Israel, so I’m using a number from a source they should accept, which is already heinous
