Nah monarchy is objectively worse. The idea of bloodlines being divine and monarchs being absolute is demonic. Hell even a constitutional monarchy like the UK is bad imo. I’m not swearing allegiance to any crown or king.

I see your point but remember, the myth that people rise the ranks by being the most kind, empathetic, virtuous, honest, and community oriented is a myth. In our system its actually the opposite, and things like virtue and honesty have a price in Capitalism as it makes advancing much harder. Try to steelman my original point that monarchy is rolling the dice with leaders but our system elevates the worst of the worst.

Don’t get why this is being downvoted. Most states are multicultural hodge podges and it does bring into question rule by divine right bc what happens when the divine being you are supposedly blessed by to rule over your people isn’t even believed in by large portions of said people

Oh no I fully agree. But at least here there is that myth- that hope. It’s not perfect by any means nor is it good (which is why I’m a libertarian socialist) but under monarchism or feudalism there was no hope of moving up the ranks.
