Light, inhale as much as you think you can handle if ur new go short, lift bowl off plug then inhale all of the smoke, then hold it for a sec and puff or just puff after

Chamber it while you inhale from the bong, at the end of the rip breath in the goodness

I think I need to pack it tighter into the bowl, I normally just press it into the grinder once or until it sticks
