on average it’s about 4 weeks, if you think about it in increments it’s a bit easier to understand. scientifically, your t will decrease by about half every week, so if your t isn’t super great, it might only take you about a week or so. if you smoke daily (i do lol) it should take about a month to completely reset, but if you smoke all day every day it could take upwards of 2-3 months. this is for a TOTAL reset, if you’re just trying to lower your tol, try stopping for abt a week or two :)
