They're cops they can do whatever they want regardless of proof

This is why you never accept a field sobriety test even if sober. More reason/excuse for them to take you in for blood work test and more “evidence” you were actually high while driving

Flashlight test for pupils for one. If ur high, wont react to the flashlight they shine
