You gotta learn ur tolerance, no hate, it took me awhile and I had so many nights like that, especially if I threw a little alcohol in the formula.

Na honestly like if u feel like u gotta puke when ur high. Puke. The actual puking sucks ass but as long as ur not straight up sick (why tf u smokin) then you get a sense of relief after. For me anyways.
