most cost effective i think is dabs but yeah if you like flower get a bong and grinder. or a pipe/bubbler if u dont wanna spend as much

U can papers tips and a grinder all for less than 10 dollars and then just roll yourself or get a yart

i’ll add to this, you can get a rolling machine for $5 from a smoke shop if you don’t feel like learning to roll (although i recommend learning). if you’re enjoying joints, this will be cheaper and much better weed than prerolls.
