I smoked almost everyday for about 3 years and i’m officially one week into my t-break today. Don’t listen to whoever said that’s not normal and to get help, your appetite will com back. It’s very normal to feel really tired, no appetite, trouble falling asleep, sweating a lot, etc. My appetite is starting to get back to normal, but ngl you kind of have to force yourself to start eating more on day 5ish and as the days go on it will get easier i promise!!! Be kind to yourself while you do this<3
