Smoke w them. On a serious note if you have like strict parents and you’re just used to being afraid of their reaction to things the only thing that helps is to like. Work on not caring what they think. And if they’re good parents then this shouldn’t be more than a hiccup. You’re not a bad person.

Yea I was suprised they reacted very calm but very shocked and yea ik it’s surprising cause in their eyes I was like a perfect academic daughter so I feel so bad I don’t even have anyone to talk to and I’m just spiralling
