Delta 9 thc from what I understand is what’s sold at dispensaries. On paper it’s like 2 times stronger than delta 8 thc but I was tripping off a third of my usual dose so take that as you will. For me also the high was just a lot smoother and I definitely got a lot of the strain character. My friend tried a turbo blueberry and he was a lot sleepier and more relaxed than I was
