
Don’t keep too many snacks around tbh but for me I also make a little plate of snacks so I get a taste of everything but just a couple pieces. OR I get healthier snacks like fruit and veggies, or plain popcorn is good bc it’s not bad for you at all. Drinks are good too—my favs are strawberry Fanta or strawberry milk or a peach mango V8. Also for the ed: allow yourself days to “splurge”. You’re human and if your body wants a shit ton of wtvr allow it some every now and then. Hope this helps!
