I eat so well during the day, and then I smoke at night and turn into a monster. It really impacts my ed 😣 any tips?

Don’t keep too many snacks around tbh but for me I also make a little plate of snacks so I get a taste of everything but just a couple pieces. OR I get healthier snacks like fruit and veggies, or plain popcorn is good bc it’s not bad for you at all. Drinks are good too—my favs are strawberry Fanta or strawberry milk or a peach mango V8. Also for the ed: allow yourself days to “splurge”. You’re human and if your body wants a shit ton of wtvr allow it some every now and then. Hope this helps!

Keeping healthy snacks around helps a ton just making sure you have easy access to them makes it a lot easier to have those instead

Drinking more water suppresses appetite too most of the when we feel like snacking it’s actually because we are dehydrated
