Been smoking dispos every day for 4 years straight. Went on a trip and decided to take a 21 day t-break after my forced 10 day break on the vacay. Finally am gonna hit 21 days tomorrow and i’m so excited, picking up a zip tomorrow morning😮‍💨

I think they mean how flower combusts usually is not that healthy (tar on yer lungs n teeth etc) but if you vaporize it (there are dry herb vapes) it is healthier
