Looking forward to it at the end of the day/ all day on weekends is one thing but if youre constantly doing it even when there’s no reason to… maybe take a t-break

honestly wen u have to use it to cope w ur feelings like everytime u get upset/sad or angry & u feel like u NEED the weed to bring ur self back up .
