Can we like… stop saying that the government is banning THC? I’ve seen so many people say this and it’s just untrue. They’re banning that shitty gas station/smoke shop weed. I didn’t even know people smoked that shi 😭😭

Bro they’re banning all hemp with more than 0.4mg THC which is also all full spectrum CBD products. Yes there’s some shitty synthetic products but the majority are tested and good and they help ppl especially in states where it’s still illegal. Also hemp is literally cannabis so any law that’s an outright ban rather than sensible regulation is a step in the wrong direction

I agree, but people out here think that dispensaries in legal states and medical dispensaries in medically legal states are being shut down. Which just isn’t true

Like I get that banning the sale of a delta eight and delta nine products could possibly lead to something more. But the amount of people that I’ve seen thinking that in states where it’s legal it’s going to get taken away is insanity

Delta 9 is the same weed sold in dispensaries fyi Hemp is just called hemp because of the Farm Bill which says any product with less than .3% of D9 is legally considered hemp not weed but they aren’t like two different plants they are the same thing
