How else would you get experience? A daycare, a learning center, a head start most offer training and some will pay for your education

🤦🏽‍♀️ most accept no prior experience is what I’m saying. How else would you get experience if no one hired with no prior experience. I’ve worked places that hire straight out of high school all the way up. As long as you can pass a background check and aren’t a garbage person.

They offer the training, they actually require you to attend the trainings and certifications.
