mostly has to do with how you pack it. give it an even pack not too loose and it’ll burn nice. for lighting, press the tip in so the end flattens. then hold a lighter to the outer edge to burn only the edge. then you can grab the twist and pop it off which leaves a nice flat bit of exposed bud. then just hold the j at an angle (the tip of the j should touch the tip of the flame) and rotate until it’s all lit.

Take your time with lighting it and spin the tip of the J in the flame for like 30 seconds before you start hitting it. At first take small hits and turn the J around and blow onto the lit part gently like a campfire to allow every piece of bud to light

And massage the weed from bottom to top before you smoke it

Light it before you puff it spin it in a circle as you hold the lighter lit. Once you can see a nice thin ring at the top of your j start puffing that shit

Lick your finger and lightly tap/wipe the paper under the canoeing side before correcting it. Best technique is to try shaking the flower down towards the tip and tapping the smaller bits into the gaps on the sides instead of packing hella tight with a tool. The reason sift/unpressed hash helps is bc the smaller bits fill in the gaps, but the oil running/dripping can make it worse (hence the need to rotate it).

it’s all in how you roll. i use a chopstick (a nice one thats round and has like a coating) and pack it down firm without like smashing it in there too tight. you want a nice even distribution with even airflow. then point the joint at a downward angle and light it at the tip not from the edge

If it start canoeing, light the other side, ash it, spin it in circular motion then try hitting it again it should be fine
