My loophole is I’d have someone else fill the bong for me so I could just kind of inhale the smoke through my mouth without any pulling

Seriously give it a 3-4 days for the clot to stabilize but then just use edibles for a while. Smoke also causes gums to recede so be careful/aware of that. Especially pay attention to the gum line around your molars nearest the wisdom tooth extraction site. There’s irritation and tension there already from the surgery so they will be impacted even more from smoke and more likely to recede and expose the roots of your teeth (light irritation to painful).
