Boil noodles for a few minutes, cut up green onion, add already cooked egg "hard boiled" egg (quotations bc it isn't boiled idk how it was prepared) the meat was cooked previously for a meal, add kimchi and cook dumplings separate on plate with a wet paper towel over it for a few minutes
