update this is the first morning in a long time that i didn’t smoke the night before. i feel so much more refreshed and i didn’t wake up all congested like i usually do. decided to meditate instead of smoke when i woke up and i feel great.
smoking/vaping has been hurting my throat and leaving me short of breath any time i exercise, so i finally threw out my cart and finished my weed and im done for at least a month
to those of you who do smoke before bed, you can still do it just don’t do it every night. it blocks rem sleep and i’ve been so tired all the time despite usually sleeping 9-10 hours
