Ladies and gentlemen, I am on day 29/29 right now (well technically it’s the next day but whateva) I do my test tomorrow morning but first I shall do an at home test. I’m quite nervous

I got a clear negative, don’t want to chug too much because they can tell if urine is diluted

if you’re not gonna chug water do as much cardio as you can before your test. or sit in a sauna and sweat like crazy

Yeah if I chug water all they’ll get is a “clean test” with highly diluted urine which calls for a retest. I should be good my at home tests came back negatie
