Just stop smoking until it possibly should heal in 1-2 weeks. Anything longer see a dr. Gargle salt water and mouthwash. NOT LISTERINE. That’s wayyy too harsh. Drink fluids from hot to cold and back to give it relief and such. Seedless smoothies and smooth Dairy may feel nice on it
