For myself started on bud, and really stuck with it but then when I started karts I started having my CHS issues, I think same reason I had to kick vaping, the convenience fucks with our natural equilibrium and now our bodies every night are racing for homeostasis since for me I turned into a pastry chef got straight to a wake’in and bake’in. Ima try and take a T break genuinely I know I can do it and it needs to be done but ig there’s also this sadness that I might not be able to enjoy smokin

Just googled and lowkey I swear I might have had that shit but idk cause I never stopped smoking (only like 4 days cause my gf came to visit and she don’t like when I do) and it’s gone the only issue I have is not being able to eat without weed

CHS stands for cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome. There are 2/3 stages. Prodromal is where you’re just feeling lowkey nauseous all the time. Hyperemetic comes after that where you’re vomiting a lot. Then when you stop smoking is the recovery phase. It’s a lot more prevalent with synthetic weed sources like carts and dabs because they are more concentrated. Basically you have overloaded your cannabinoid receptor system and it is fucking up your body

A lot of the time if you reached the hyperemetic phase, then you can’t really smoke again. because every time you will, you will throw up. I was in the prodromal phase and that’s why I started my tolerance break
