
I get the munchies and I don’t adjust my diet (so I eat shit like chips, ice cream), I just get really bad BM’s in the morning it’s so bad that I often miss class. Stomach gurgling, lots of gas, some people get diarrhea, others get constipation. It’s lessens if you eat kinda like a school girl, eat grains, fruit, vegetables. Avoid high-sodium, high-fat, high-protein.
