i know this is the weed community but does anyone have any tips on how to smoke less? i’m constantly around people who smoke and it is making it hard for me to take a break. i’m taking a bread for mental health reasons and get such bad fomo :(
it’s definitely much harder when you’re surrounded but it’s literally a matter of discipline unfortunately

I found it helpful to start a stopwatch so I can actually track my progress by the hour instead of just relying on days- seeing a break for even just a couple hours was super helpful in making sure I continue
