hi my lovely stoner friends. just started a t break. i'm really struggling this time around since i normally smoke to help me sleep and to ease my anxiety. any suggestions of things to keep my mind off smoking would be very appreciated !!!

hmm it’s really a mindset i guess? so try setting a day that you will smoke again after ur t break and dont see smoking as a choice at all until that day. i got the idea from when i went to study a year abroad there was no way I would be able to smoke for literally 13 months so I just stopped thinking about it so much. everytime you think about quitting ur t break early, IN THAT MOMENT you need to stop yourself and keep going. but generally most people just need a t fix rather than a t break tho
