start w filter, keep half out of the paper. sprinkle ur bud throughout. take both side of the paper and roll them together to get the bud to stick to eachother. start your roll at the filter and just tuck and roll. go slow. then use a packer and keep adding a bit more bud

I like to roll a cone and then pack it: roll the filter into a little spiral or fold it on the dotted lines, stick your paper into the filter and make a cone, pack it with weed (I use a chopstick)
