For reference I'm 5'8 145lbs and about workout 4 times a week. I've started a cut to lose a bit of weight

No I've decided to lay it off yesterday. But I didn't smoke a month from December to January. I smoked almost everyday since then but I took 2-3 breaks of a week since then
