Honestly I had to quit for medical reasons and I just started to use less and less everyday and then move to edibles before just stopping and that worked ok for me

Yeah, it’s a gradual thing. It’s not like an on or off switch I’ve noticed. So just slowly boil down and it’ll be good.

Yeah im on antidepressants now but then i staryed being a daily user again and am now very depressed
