Ik u do not want to hear this but genuinely consider a tolerance break. Used to smoke everyday for 4 years I wish I was joking and now I get FRIED off three hits of a joint

Stick to smoking only once a day, save it for when ur done for the day. Made a huge difference for me. I was smoking nonstop every day all day for prolly 5 years, and as soon as i started only smoking once a day there was a noticeable difference in how high iโ€™d get and how long it would last

Maintaining consumption intervals and dabbing. Quit carts, joints, and edibles as regular consumption methods if you get tolerant easily bc they make the consumption interval mean less.

Usually T breaks, but idc enough abt them so I just smoke and know Iโ€™m an addict, could be worse things to be addicted to๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

I been smoking for 3 years straight. Even a week will do somthing, it will suck but after the restless nights of not having precious weed will pass and the t break will be easier
