I smoked yesterday and a little bit after i genuinely thought i was having a heart attack (180bpm sitting down) should i stop smoking?? 😭

Are you on/did you take any sort of medication? My meds give me a high heart rate when I smoke so it may be that

Couldve been that, i was in a parking lot. Its just weird because i didnt feel panicked until i saw how high my heart rate was lol but hopefully next time that doesnt happej bc it was definitely scary

dw bub weed ain’t gonna hurt u once I took a dmt bar thinking it was shrooms and I was in bed for hours thinking my heart was gonna explode. I was fine just tripping, even w caffeine and smoking you’ll live that’s my go to before the gym

No, ive taken adderall (perscribed lol) and smoked, and ive been fine. I think yesterday i either greened out or just had way too mucu caffeine and weed mixed
