Put some salt and isopropyl alcohol and shake that bad boy up it should help w the hard to reach places. That and a pipe cleaner

Epsom salt. It has big grains, is cheap for a bag, and will get all the gunk out with a bit of good shaking.

On top of what #1 said - and only do this if you know how to safely handle and dispose of acetone if not it’s not worth the risks and the things you can damage with spills if your I careful - this stuff will melt or soften abs plastic or any polymers involving styrene - but acetone does a great job of dissolving resins and stuff in a bong and it’s basically always sold as 99% whereas the iso you have may only be 70 or 91 and only 99 if you know where to buy
