
Think about how you will get that sensation back , it’s just up to you when you want to unclog your mind then go back to it and get an ACTUAL high . It’ll be worth it for when you did it trust me, and you have us I’m on mines now :) it just means your tolerance has build and you need an actual break or else your wasting your pen oil
Yeah if you feel absolutely nothing from it you’ll probably want 3-4 weeks of a t break, I honestly don’t think 2 will do much at this point. It’s super hard but you have to overcome the line between recreation and addiction. if it’s to the point your feigning and don’t even feel the buzz thats a huuuge red flag unfortunately and you probably need to take some proactive steps to protect yourself
oh i know absolutely, i kick myself every time i buy a new set of carts instead of breaking so i can actually feel them. but i just hit the cart 24/7 anyways. i stopped vaping nic about 9 months ago and thats when it got really bad, I couldn't put the cart down anymore because idk like my anxious tic is to hit the cart. i convinced myself ill feel better if i just hit the cart once or twice. i seek out something else besides the nic to feel "altered" because i just dont feel right without a buzz
Well that in and of itself is its own issue. I’d suggest therapy to cope with the “inability” to be sober. Hard sour candies, mint gum, toothpicks, sunflower seeds are all great ways to mimic the hand-to-mouth action of hitting the cart if that helps at all. But it gets to a point where you have to have the discipline (not want, desire, etc., but DISCIPLINE) to make yourself take a break and continue to smoke healthily!! It’s so hard and I’ve been where you are before— it gets easier i promise
trusttt me i know im in therapy. i have a lot of issues. 🥳 i think chronic daily/allday use (like, literally no situation i wont be hitting my cart in, going thru a whole one in 2 days or less) has tricked me into thinking i operate well daily because of it, and that it helps me with my mental illnesses rather than being more of a factor involved in it

Think of it this way, if you’re not even feeling any effects anymore, what difference does it make if you just don’t hit it? Maybe “hit” a dead cart while ur weaning😂 Weed very well COULD be helping with your mental health, but at least with me & my ADHD, if I’m not SUPER strict on when/where I can hit mine, I will do the exact same as you. You just gotta walk the line yknow?
