Cut bottom out of bottle. Put bottle in water so tops out. Put bowl in top of bottle. Light bowl pull bottle until its out. Water make vacuum so smoke go in bottle. Makes big hit. Breathe bottle get high

Even better if you don’t cut the bottom of the bottle and just poke a couple holes, will slow it down and save more smoke
