I’ve had two vivid dreams since I quit smoking one I was a act two swing on for elphba in the musical wicked I was doing my makeup and begging someone to grab me a script and they were on the way with my script when I realize it was a dream and then I woke up this morning I had been bitten by a snake and woke up Monday later from a coma I missed all my shows and I don’t know exactly what happened but I had been bitten and woke up months later

haven’t been smoking for over a month and a half and i haven’t had as vivid of dreams that i’ve been having in over 7 years 😭

It’s cause smoking actually prevents dreams from happening, every time I’m on a break there’s crazy vivid or lucid dreams and when I smoke they’re nothing
