Any detox recommendations?

Not totally sure what you’re looking for but exercise has helped me! The focus on breathing makes you consider your lungs and getting them more healthy and this mindset makes it easier for me to track and appreciate results and you’ll inevitably need more water which is good for detoxing too! My withdrawal symptoms were much more manageable with consistent exercise even if it’s low key and eating protein to stay feeling strong through the day despite withdrawals!

I didn’t smoke enough to get withdrawal symptoms or damage my lung capacity, but I’m glad you’re getting better!
