Eat smaller amounts throughout the day and take a peptol bismol or similar to help. And drink water

Yeah from what I’ve seen that’s a decently common problem for heavy smokers. After a certain point ppl tend to only really be able to stomach eating while high so when they try to eat sober they get nauseous

Definitely. Try taking Tums or Pepcid or if it’s rlly bad, urgent care can give u nausea meds (I’ve asked for them before)

You have to take a long break and just wait out the nausea, it’s rough but the only way. Then smoking less often, to avoid it happening again. I have chronic nausea (bc of a health thing) and when I smoke too much it gets worse on my breaks, so I have to limit my usage or I’ll be in the bathroom vomiting my whole t-break

That was when I was smoking heavily everyday at least 2x a day for about a year. Now I limit it to once a day and not everyday, unless I need it for nausea or I’m treating myself

Similar to the other responses, u need to just try to make urself get used to eating while sober again. Smthing some ppl do is they don’t eat all day n then eat a lot when they smoke in the evening, n instead you should try to eat throughout the day like #3 said to make it so ur body gets more used to eating when ur not high. U can start w easy foods like crackers and slowly make ur way toward bigger meals

#1 exactly. Bread, crackers, a bit of cheese, something bland but still filling in small amounts. You could try a protein shake as well or smoothy

Yes you just have to try to eat a lil and the more u do it the more ur body understands that u don’t need to be high to eat. It’s rlly frustrating, i know. Just eat what you’re craving and try your hardest
